April 16, 2018 Knoxville, Tenn. — Amy Talbott has recently joined Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, REALTORS® (CBWW), as a full time real estate agent. She will be working out of the Blount County/Alcoa office of Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, REALTORS®, at 219 Corporate Place, Alcoa, TN 37701.
Talbott is a Maryville native who graduated from William Blount High School and attended Roane State Community College. Her previous work experience includes Clayton Homes/ Vanderbilt Mortgage as well as currently working part time at UT Medical Center.
When not serving her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Kaylee, including watching her play sports (basketball & softball), serving at church (RIO Transformation), hiking, running, traveling, going to concerts and fairs.
She became a real estate professional because she loves helping people. Amy knows that a house is more than bricks and mortar, it is the home where you make memories. She is passionate about serving and wants people to be genuinely happy with one of the largest purchases they will ever make. She also says her clients become like family to her and she is dedicated to walking through the process with them every step of the way.
