This is the 4th consecutive year the company has received this honor.
The company’s first place ranking is based on closed transactions for 2018, meaning that CBWW’s sales associates sold more than 3,200 homes during the year. In 2018, homes listed with CBWW sold nearly two weeks faster and at a higher price, as compared to the average days on market and average sales price reported by the area association. CBWW agents sold a home every 2.66 hours for a total sales volume of nearly $700 million.
In addition to earning the #1 franchisee spot for in Tennessee, Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, Realtors® also ranked in the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker franchisees across the nation, approximately 740 companies.
