Continuing a 84-Year Tradition of Growth and Excellence, Coldwell Banker Wallace Ranks Among REAL Trends Top 500 Brokerages in the U.S., Top 20 Among Coldwell Banker Franchisees

July 1, 2020 Knoxville, Tenn – According to the REAL Trends 500, the undisputed leading report ranking the performance of top residential real estate brokerage firms, Coldwell Banker Wallace has ranked among the top 500 Brokers in the United States for 2019. 

The locally founded company ranked #304 in the nation for transaction sides and #451 for sales volume. Additionally, CBW ranked #19 out of all Coldwell Banker franchises in the country. 

According to the National Association of REALTORSⓇ, there are more than 100,000 real estate brokerage firms operating in the United States. The recent REAL Trend ranking means that Coldwell Banker Wallace ranked among the top .5% of firms in the country.

CB Wallace agents sold nearly $700 million worth of properties and helped 3,085 buyers and sellers during 2019, earning a #1 state-wide ranking based on closed transactions among Coldwell Banker franchisees in Tennessee. This is the fourth consecutive year the company has received this honor. 

Coldwell Banker Commercial Wallace was also named as the top franchisee in the state for 2019, among other Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates. This is the 21st consecutive year the company’s commercial division is receiving this honor. 

Founded in 1936 with one office on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville, Coldwell Banker Wallace has grown to six area office locations, with 375+ highly-trained sales professionals serving clients around the region.
