This certification means that Mendenhall-Miller has an extensive knowledge of crafting negotiation strategies, and understands when and how to negotiate.
Through the certification training, she learned communication styles to achieve optimum results with all parties in the transaction. She has also mastered the art of negotiation effectively through face-to-face, phone and written communication.
