June 9, 2018 Knoxville, Tenn. — Eric Muffett has recently joined Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, REALTORS® (CBWW), as a full time real estate agent. He will be working out of the Alcoa/Blount County Office of Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, REALTORS®, at 219 Corporate Place, Alcoa, TN 37701.
A native of Newburgh, Indiana, Eric relocated to Seymour, Tennessee in 2014 and has enjoyed putting down roots in the area. He brings a great deal of experience to his real estate career, especially as a self-employed small business owner from 1999 to 2014, overseeing locations in three cities and two states. Eric’s daily responsibilities included store operations, customer service, human resource management, purchasing, sales, marketing, budgeting, training and forecasting. During this time, his business was recognized with multiple awards for customer service.
He became a real estate agent because he enjoys helping his clients find their dream homes and he wants to offer clients a customer service experience that exceeds their expectations. Something that sets Eric apart is his love for negotiating, which he puts to great use as he strives to help his clients get the right prices that meet or exceed their goals.
