Hilmar is a native of Caracas, Venezuela but has called the United States home for the past twenty years so she knows the area very well, which she feels will help her guide clients in their home search. She speaks English and Spanish fluently and is passionate about the buying and selling process. Hilmar says she wants to make sure her clients feel comfortable during the process and will do this by making herself available to them.
When not working, she volunteers for H.A.B.I.T. (Human Animal Bond In Tennessee) along with her dog Bella, which allows them to comfort people during a difficult time. Her favorite hobby is crafts, including making soap and bath products which she sells at the Downtown Knoxville Farmer’s Market. Hilmar enjoys meeting new people and selling her products is a way for her to connect with her community.
