Knoxville, Tenn. – Rita Vestal of Coldwell Banker Wallace’s West Office has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Rita Vestal joins the more than 25,000 real estate professionals across the globe who have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. For real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process, this specialized training allows ABR Designees to offer an enhanced level of service and representation to their clients.
“In market conditions such as ours, who you choose for buyer representation matters. The ABR designation elevates my knowledge allowing me to offer an enhanced level of service and representation greatly improving the buying experience and potential results for my clients,” says Vestal.
To receive an ABR designation, a Realtor must complete an extensive designation course along with an elective course. You must also provide a proven record of professional work history with numerous successful transactions as buyer representative.
In addition to extensive education, ABR agents receive exclusive ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates to remain knowledgeable on the current issues and trends facing home buyers.
ABR® designations are awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an organization founded in 1988. It was established to promote real estate agents who received enhanced training and demonstrated superior skills and service when representing buyers.
