March 4, 2020 Knoxville, Tenn — The Bearden Hill Office of Coldwell Banker Wallace, has been named an International President’s Circle Office for year-end 2019, one of the highest honors given to Coldwell Banker Offices Internationally.
At 140 Major Reynolds Place, the company’s Bearden Hill office is located in the heart of Knoxville’s Bearden community which is rich with history. The office shares its breathtaking views with nearby Knollwood, an antebellum home listed on the National Historic Register.
Bearden was annexed by Knoxville in 1962 and now refers to areas along Kingston Pike between Lyons View Pike and Sutherland Avenue, but can also include areas further west to Cedar Bluff.
Coldwell Banker Wallace Bearden Hill is home to approximately 90 real estate agents and real estate agent teams who serve clients in all areas of East Tennessee. Many specialize in the luxury market, including homes in nearby Sequoyah Hills, Lakemoor Hills, along Lyons View Pike and Lyons Bend.

CB Wallace agents sold nearly $700 million worth of properties and helped 3,085 buyers and sellers during 2019.
CB Wallace is a family owned company that started in 1936 with one office on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville. It has now grown to more than 350 sales associates and six offices around the area.
